Factory and company
The factory identity and what appears on printouts
Factory information
Factory name andCompany details (Name, logo, phone, address, Tax number) printed on Quotations the work order and the handover record.
Print templates
Choose the production-order and handover templates, remove or add columns, and edit the record text, handover terms and signatures. The quotation template is chosen for each pricing method from «Pricing methods» in Quotations.
Users and security
Accounts, permissions and reviewing what happened in the system
Manage users
Manage supervisor and user accounts, change passwords, assign department access permissions and approve new accounts.
Activity log
Who did what and when: logins, deletions, permission grants, settings changes, and every change request on the system.
Notification settings
Choose which notification types reach your account.
Change password
Change the password of your current account.
Manufacturing and drawing
What affects the drawing files and manufacturing rules
Drawing engine settings
Minimum and maximum depth for each frame type, the label holes, and the measuring base of support parts (Frame Support and others) with a change log.
Fire-door rules
Approved size ranges and specifications for fire doors; a warning appears when a door that does not match them is entered.
Locks and hinges
Lock and hinge options in project lines and linking them to the warehouse (SKU) and setting the fire rating.

Applied to all DXF files, cutting plans and previews generated after saving. Project files do not change until they are regenerated.

The latest saved changes to these settings: who changed what and when, and the value before the change.
